Delicious food and coffee. One of the best cortado and frapacinno I have had in Sweden. The quality of the cakes and sandwiches rival top cafés in bigger cities. The interior and seating areas are also delightful and featuring local artwork.
So good, so tasty, this Swedish pastry. Smiling personel, excellent warm sandwiches, and OF COURSE Princess Tårtan. A must when you stay in Hudiksvall.

De har givetvis försäljning av såväl styckevis och köpa hela tårtor, för de som vill "Fika" på annan plats.
Lokalerna.
Det blir faktiskt lokalerna, för fikarummet består av många mindre rum på olika halvplan OCH en trappa upp.
Vi satte oss på det första halvplanet.
Tre trappsteg upp från köpmandisken.
Där kan 4 st mindre sällskap sitta.
Du har fönsterbord vid två bord.
En halvt plan högre upp.
En trapp på 5-10 st steg kommer du till toaletten och en större lokal.
Gick aldrig in där, men den var betydligt större än den nedersta lokalen (där jag och mitt sällskap satt vid)
En trapp fanns mellan trappen upp och toaletten.
Jag var aldrig upp där, anar mer fikarum.
Otroligt mysig lokal, bra personal, och gott fika.
Har man problem med att gå i trappor kan det vara fel cafe att gå till.
Men i vårt sällskap hade vi en person som hade svårt att gå i trappor, och hon hade inga som helst problem att gå de få trappsteg för att kunna sitta i den första delen av lokalen.
Mysfaktorn hög, likaså fikat.

An incredibly charming cafe Entrance on the ground floor where the grocery counter is. The selection is generous, but not lavish. The pastry shop. They have all the classic pastries and baked goods. They sell by the piece to all those who want to "have a coffee". They of course have sales of both by the piece and buy whole cakes, for those who want to "have a coffee" elsewhere. The premises. It is actually the premises, because the coffee room consists of many smaller rooms on different half-floors AND one flight of stairs up. We sat on the first half-floor. Three flights of stairs up from the grocery counter. There can sit 4 small parties. You have window tables at two tables. Half a flight of stairs higher up. A flight of 5-10 steps takes you to the toilet and a larger room. Never went in there, but it was significantly larger than the lower room (where my group and I sat) There was a staircase between the stairs up and the toilet. I was never up there, I suspect more coffee shops. Incredibly cozy place, good staff, and good coffee. If you have trouble climbing stairs, it might be the wrong cafe to go to. But in our group we had a person who had difficulty climbing stairs, and she had no problem whatsoever walking the few steps to be able to sit in the first part of the room. The coziness factor is high, as well as the coffee. Worth a visit, several times.

Wonderful patisserie/café with an extremely friendly staff! Loved the environment and found peace here in the middle of the city. Good prices too
Klassiskt fik i hudik! Oftast ända stället med Gustav Adolf bakelse när dagen faller in. Alltid hjälpsamma när det behövs. Lunchen som till viss del flyttat till fyren gallerian men finns fortfarande trevlig lunch och ett helt annat lugn här att insupa sin föda.

Classic coffee shop in Hudik! Usually the only place with Gustav Adolf pastries when the day falls. Always helpful when needed. The lunch which has partly moved to the lighthouse mall but there is still a nice lunch and a completely different calm here to soak up your food.

Fantastiskt gott kaffebröd. Litet och mysigt. Bra priser. Trevlig personal. Och så kunde man sitta utanför och fika och titta på omgivningen. Men dessvärre glömde jag då kvar en rågbulle som jag hade köpt med mig. Den låg kvar vid bordet så jag fick aldrig avnjuta den :-)

Fantastically delicious coffee bread. Small and cozy. Good prices. Nice staff. And you could sit outside and have a coffee and look at the surroundings. But unfortunately I forgot a rye bun that I had bought with me. It was left at the table so I never got to enjoy it :-)
